This privacy notice describes, how we, as controller, process your personal data in connection with this website.

2. Information about the data processing

We process Personal Data in local systems.
Pseudonymous data from subjects of clinical trials, which we obtain as sponsor of clinical trials.
Personal data of suppliers, cooperation partners, auditor and monitoring person of clinical trials, such as name, salutation, professional title, sector, company information, contact data (telephone, fax, mail address, e-mail) are processed for contract
processing and statutory reasons.
Personal data of candidates such as resumes and motivation letters.
Contact data (name, e-mail) of persons who request information via our website.

1. Rights of the data subject – Your right to Information and Deletion

You have the right to be informed about and to access your stored personal data, its origin and recipient. Furthermore, you have the right to be informed about the purpose of the processing of your personal data, as well as the right for it to be rectified and erased, the right to object, the right to restrict the processing of your data and the right to data portability, except in cases where there are statutory legal provisions to the contrary.
You have the right to withdraw your permission of use of your personal data at any time. The withdrawal of the permission does not affect the lawfulness of the data processing until the withdrawal. 2. Use of data – Security

The processing of the provided personal data occurs only according to your explicit consent and for limited and explicit purposes. We gather your personal data according to the provisions of the GDPR, DPA and revDPA to support the contract initiation and to ensure smooth processing of your contract.
This does not include the use for statistical purposes, as long as the provided data has been anonymized.
According to state-of-the-art technology, we took administrative and technical measures to guarantee the protection of your personal data (protection against improper use by establishing firewalls, encryption and access authorisation, etc.).
We hereby inform you that the data transmission through the internet (e.g. via e-mail communication) might not be safe. The gapless protection of your data against third parties cannot be guaranteed. We do not assume any liability for third parties obtaining unauthorized access to your data, as long as we did not culpably cause the incident.

3. Disclosure of data to third parties (transmission)

We do not make your personal data available to third parties. However, it might be necessary to forward your data to reliable third parties due to legal provisions or as part of the contract fulfilment. Courts, authorities or other involved third parties, such as processors that work for us, are considered reliable third parties. We forward your personal data only according to the provisions of the GDPR, DPA and revDPA, based on your explicit permission or to ensure proper contract fulfilment or to fulfil our legal obligations.
For factoring or compliance-check purposes it might be necessary to forward your personal data to banks as part of the contract fulfilment. In case of international data transfers, we ensure to oblige the data importer to a reasonable data protection level.

We only store your personal data for as long as it is necessary to ensure the fulfilment of your contract, except in cases where there are statutory legal provisions to the contrary. The storage of your personal data might also be necessary as evidence. For this reason, we store your personal data as long as claims may be filed against us.

We do not use cookies on our website. Cookies is a small piece of data sent from a website and stored on the user’s computer by the user’s web browser while the user is browsing.
3. Adaption of this privacy notice
We reserve the right to amend this privacy notice to changed laws and jurisdiction from time to time without prior announcement. The only applicable version is always the version which is currently published.
